Our Team
Meet Our Director
Jon Morton

Hello, my name is Jon Morton, and I am the director and founder of Grow Wellbeing. Since establishing Grow Wellbeing in 2016, my vision has been to provide context-relevant mental health and wellbeing services that truly make a difference in the lives of individuals and families.
At Grow Wellbeing, we operate with a core ethos: every human being is a complex system of wellbeing, and it is our responsibility to provide a clear, client-centered framework for their support.

Our approach is deeply systemic and holistic, focusing on understanding each client’s unique context. This is represented in our logo—a systemic framework that guides how we approach care. From comprehensive assessments to tailored management plans and goal-setting, our multidisciplinary team works cohesively to address all aspects of a person’s life, including their home, school, community, relationships, and social connections.

We are passionate about advancing the science of wellbeing. Our evidence-based, structured framework ensures that we deliver effective therapeutic outcomes while measuring progress consistently.
At Grow Wellbeing, we strive to create environments where both clients and professionals thrive, sharing knowledge and supporting one another to achieve meaningful results.

Thank you for being part of our journey as we continue to grow and support the wellbeing of our community.
