Grow Wellbeing is actively recruiting General Practitioners to join our team.

 

Do you have an interest in primary health care, mental health and helping low socioeconomic populations? Would you like to visit primary and high schools and help vulnerable  children, adolescents and families better manage their mental health and general health within an integrated community model?

​

The role of General Practitioner's is fundamental to improving mental health and wellbeing outcomes for vulnerable population groups. Private practice professionals and public policy makers are recognising that General Practitioners are central to improving health care systems and school based practice has been established as a fantastic environment for preventative healthcare.   

​

We offer flexible work arrangements, excellent remuneration (70-90% rebate), comprehensive administrative support including free access to medical software. All grow wellbeing partner schools have consulting rooms, GP's are able to complete appointments efficiently with pre booked back to back appointments.

Grow Wellbeing utilises the foundations embedded in social work practice including Trauma informed practices, primary health care approach, Empowerment models and a strengths based approach. Grow Wellbeing social workers provide direct individual or group therapy, seek to provide assistance in families, advise on wellbeing and mental health strategies, while having the opportunity to case manage at various levels. All in all Grow Wellbeing provides opportunities for Social Workers to flourish in a diverse eclectic manner while empowering client choices.

OTs

Psychologists

 

Psychologists who are results focused will enjoy working for Grow Wellbeing. Imagine being able to provide therapy for a child, the caregivers and having easy access to key school staff to create a quality support and plan in place that will maximise the referred clients outcomes. Job Positions Available

Occupational Therapist

 

Grow Wellbeing is actively recruiting Occupational Therapists to work in schools and the community providing support to children, families and adults while developing your expertise in Psychological interventions. We support OT's to apply for mental health accreditation through OT Australia.

A truly rewarding role that enables OT’s the opportunity to bring their full ‘bag of tricks’ to intervention sessions while being positioned within the school where you can maximise the therapeutic outcomes with referred students as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
