Social Workers

Grow Wellbeing utilises the foundations embedded in social work practice including Trauma informed practices, primary health care approach, Empowerment models and a strengths based approach. Grow Wellbeing social workers provide direct individual or group therapy, seek to provide assistance in families, advise on wellbeing and mental health strategies, while having the opportunity to case manage at various levels. All in all Grow Wellbeing provides opportunities for Social Workers to flourish in a diverse eclectic manner while empowering client choices.

Grow Wellbeing is actively recruiting Occupational Therapists to work in schools and the community providing holistic mental health support to children, families and adults.
