Employment assistance program EAP

GWB offers employment assistance program support to organisations seeking a more proactive and responsive approach to supporting your staffs mental health needs.

​

Utislising existing federal funding all EAP GWB is funded via a mental health care plan. From this an allocated mental health professional can provide up to 10 individual treatment sessions per calendar year. 

​

The majority of EAP work is completed via the referred clients home address for privacy and comfort. We are able to visit workplaces if an appropriate confidential space is provided.

 

We believe the benefit of accessing EAP through GWB apart from being cost neutral is our staffS approach to supporting employees. Being a holistically driven service we aim to up skill employees with the skills that will hopefully form a protective barrier for the employee for future stressful scenarios.
